DISABILITY DISCRIMINATION

Payne's background and experience working with individuals with disabilities makes her uniquely situated as an effective legal advocate in the field of disability rights.  She represents clients with a variety of mental health diagnoses, intellectual or cognitive impairments, trauma-related disorders, and/or physical impairments in the fields of employment discrimination, public accommodations, higher education, and housing discrimination.  Payne has the experience as an advocate to assist such clients in seeking accommodations or other equal treatment under the law.
